SAP Functional Analyst

Currently, we are on the verge of rolling out SAP, starting in Belgium and continuing the implementation in 26 (and counting) international subsidiaries. Such a roll-out goes through some phases: the solution walkthrough, fit-gap-analyses, testing-organization, etc. To implement successfully, we are hiring an SAP Functional Analyst who will focus on business and functional SAP analysis, process redesign, support, and guidance throughout the roll-out.    

Purpose of the position and your responsibilities

SAP S/4HANA will be rolled out gradually in the subsidiaries of the Biobest Group organization. In the realization phase SAP will be setup and tested. During setup you guide the integrator in understanding the requirements and you collaborate with the project Master Data team to support a correct data migration. During test-phase you support the setup of the testing-sessions and guide the subsidiary in understanding the processes. Summed up this means you:

• Analyze processes and map them against the Biobest SAP setup
• Redesign processes when a gap is found between a process and the SAP setup
• Collaborate with the ICT team and the integrator concerning additional configurations and SAP setup 
• Document the SAP processes
• Provide training and support users
• Support the execution of test-sessions

What do we expect from you?

• A higher degree in e.g., information technology, economics, information management
• A few years of experience as an SAP Functional or Business Analyst or in a related position
• Solid knowledge of relevant business processes
• Understanding of process mapping with SAP systems
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
