Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the Biobest values and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with BI management to have a clear understanding of strategy, talent needs and people implications.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process in order to hire to support BI’s growth.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and HR policies to foster a positive work environment.
- Administer employee benefits.
- Take care of onboarding
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all relevant laws regulation.
- Collaborate with the Global Biobest HR team on different projects and to ensure alignment and best practices.
Your Profile
We need someone who:
- Enjoys working closely with people and can build strong relationships.
- Can think strategically to help the company thrive.
- Excels at problem-solving and can handle challenges.
- Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Has at least 5 years of experience in an HR manager/officer position.
