Today, we are welcoming a skilled Compliance & Registration Officer to join our dynamic team in this critical role. 

Key Responsibilities

  • You keep track of the status of application files for registration, registration renewals, import permits and other related documents of the Biobest products.
  • You maintain comprehensive documentation and record-keeping systems to track compliance activities, approvals, and regulatory submissions. Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and registrations are obtained and kept up to date.
  • You conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks. Provide guidance and support to internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • You prepare and submit regulatory reports, notifications, and submissions to regulatory authorities as required. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of compliance-related information.
  • You stay informed about developments in regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of compliance strategies and initiatives.

Your profile

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as entomology, biology, chemistry, environmental science is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the agricultural or biotechnology industry, is a huge plus. Any experience in an administrative and registration position is valuable.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Flexible, eager to learn with an interest to engage in activities within the wider relevant regulatory framework.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch, Spanish or French is a plus.
