The only missing link enabling this endeavour is you: our Group HRIS Specialist.

  • You monitor the accuracy and completeness of HR data in our HRIS system and assist international colleagues in resolving errors/issues.
  • If - despite all efforts made - things still go wrong, you provide support by analysing and solving application issues (helpdesk).
  • In this role it is essential that you are constantly up to date with new HRIS features & releases. You take a proactive approach in exploring new features that could be relevant for further optimization of our HR processes.

Besides ticking off your analytical and process-oriented skills, you also possess the ability to cooperate with and train colleagues in a domain they may not be familiar with. Your sense of entrepreneurship, problem solving skills and your positive attitude are second to none.
