Our global HR colleagues are shaping a great community in which we bring out the best in every team player. One of the goals of our HR strategy is to develop a solid foundation for our key HR processes. Implementing an HRIS is an important building block in this process. Integrating the entire employee lifecycle in one system, SuccessFactors, will facilitate our leaders to develop and manage their teams more efficiently, with all necessary information at hand.

The only missing link enabling this endeavour is you: our Group HRIS Specialist.

Your mission

As HRIS Specialist you combine your passion for Human Resources with your HR applications experience to further optimize our HR tools & processes. You will support our HR organization, Biobest employees and management by implementing, maintaining, and providing support on our HR Information System (SuccessFactors). Systematically we will roll out all modules of SuccessFactors. You collaborate with Conny, our Senior HR BP and HRIS Lead.

Key Accountabilities

  • After the successful implementation of these modules, you ensure their correct adoption by the users. This is achieved by drawing up efficient and clear documentation, but also by giving interactive workshops and targeted training to the (key) users.
  • You analyse and respond to questions about data, access, and reports from the HRIS system.
  • You monitor the accuracy and completeness of HR data in our HRIS system and assist international colleagues in resolving errors/issues.
  • If - despite all efforts made - things still go wrong, you provide support by analysing and solving application issues (helpdesk).
  • In this role it is essential that you are constantly up to date with new HRIS features & releases. You take a proactive approach in exploring new features that could be relevant for further optimization of our HR processes.

Who are we looking for?

Are you educated in HR with an affinity for IT or educated in IT with an affinity for HR? That would be a great start. Essential is also your passion for IT systems and tools, which enables you to smoothly integrate processes in our HR applications. Besides ticking off your analytical and process-oriented skills, you also possess the ability to cooperate with and train colleagues in a domain they may not be familiar with. Your sense of entrepreneurship, problem solving skills and your positive attitude are second to none.

What can you expect from us?
