Impact of Coronavirus on our services

18/03/2020 - As everyone has noticed by now, global measures against the spread of COVID-19 (corona) are rapidly becoming more and more severe. This obviously also has a strong impact on our business.

In these challenging times our priorities are clear : to protect the health of our people, to help prevent the spread of the virus and to be a reliable partner for you by continuing our product deliveries and advice. By now, all Biobest sites have developed an action plan and implemented special measures. We closely monitor changes in the situation and adjust our plans accordingly.

By adapting routes and delivery options to changed regulations, we do all we can to deliver your orders as complete and as fast as possible.

Certain products, labels or pack sizes may however be temporarily unavailable. When possible, alternatives will be provided. Furthermore, due to very limited transport options, transport can be more expensive or may require longer transit times resulting in delays.   

Commercial and Technical advisory services will continue through telephone, social media, e-mail, pictures, etc.

We will do the upmost to guarantee delivery of quality products and continuity of advice in order to guarantee the success of your pollination and biocontrol programs.

We count on your understanding that during these very special situations, things may be different from normal. We’ll get through this together.
