First International Distributor Days: an overwhelming success!
“Wouldn’t it be a good idea to bring together all our distributors worldwide so that they get to know the company and each other?”
A few months later, we look back with satisfaction on a week in which Biobest and its distributors, showed their best. This gathering reflected Biobest’s identity perfectly: a dynamic cluster of people and companies united in purpose; to focus on quality and innovation based on healthy crops and satisfied customers.
With almost 100 participants from the farthest corners of the world, a perfect organization and a good mix of informative and pleasant moments, the first International Distributor Days event was a huge success.
During the first part of the program we shared our strategy and future plans with our distributors. The first part was finished with company visits and a great party on the Antwerp Scheldt.
During the second part of the week the group visited the Fruit Logistica in Berlin. The initiative to get to know the world’s largest fresh produce fair appealed to all our distributors.
The whole week proved that “networking” is a verb. Sharing knowledge, strategies and competences were at the forefront as much during, as after sessions. Many energizing ideas and joint opportunities were passed in review, discussed and will be put into action.
