Biobest displays entire product range at IPM Essen

23/01/2020 - The International Trade Fair for Plants (IPM) in Essen has become one of the most important dates in the horticultural events calendar. An appointment that Biobest has been sure to schedule in its agenda. From 28 to 31 January, the Belgian specialist in sustainable and biological crop protection will present its comprehensive solutions, including an extensive array of products, on stand B21 in Hall 3. 

A global player in biological pest control and pollination, Biobest will share 30 years expertise in this sector, showcasing its extensive and renowned range of pest and disease controls, bumblebees for pollination and supporting products for vegetables, ornamentals, soft fruit and medicinal cannabis. An impressive team of Biobest IPM (Integrated Pest Management) and Pollination Specialists, Sales Managers and Technical Advisors will be available on the stand. Together, they form a multi-faceted and experienced team of experts with comprehensive know-how regarding biological crop protection and pollination.

Increasing demand for residue-free crops

IPM Essen provides Biobest with the opportunity to extend its reach to a wider audience, while also expanding its global network of 22 subsidiaries and over 120 dealers in almost 70 countries worldwide. As demand for residue-free crops continues to grow, with Biobest growers have the ideal partner for improving their product offerings.

Almost 1,600 exhibitors

Since 1983, leading companies in the horticultural sector have been heading to Essen for this trade fair featuring plants, floristry, technology and gardens. In 2020, Biobest will be one of 31 Belgian exhibitors, among nearly 1,600 from around the world, brought together in eight halls. Participating companies come from the US to Guatemala and from Sri Lanka to Switzerland. Last year’s event attracted over 53,000 professionals to Essen.
