Finance and Accounting Manager


Job description

  • Manage all processes related to General Accounting and Finance by legal regulations,
  • Manage the processes of preparing all legal declarations on time and handle relations with official institutions,
  • Drive the company's tax obligations, fulfilled accurately and on time,
  • Ensure the legal balance sheet, income statement, and additional financial reports are prepared completely and within the legal period,
  • Prepare the necessary domestic and international reports on time and present them to the relevant units,
  • Collaborate with other departments (such as Production, Sales and HR, etc.) for the continuous improvement of the related processes resulting in meaningful reporting on activities and KPIs,
  • Ensure the preparation of the budget planning application throughout the company with the strategies, consolidation, and presentation of the budgets coming from the departments,
  • Control monthly domestic and international budget - compare actual results and make possible revisions,
  • Monitor and control the execution of the activities by the budget,
  • Prepare all monthly, annual and periodic domestic and international management reports on time and of high quality,
  • Being fully responsible for the results of CPA audits, Independent Audits, and Financial Advisor audit reports,
  • Prepare and present P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Budget reports and help in reporting sustainable development goals as requested by Biobest Group,
  • Familiarity with IFRS reporting is a plus,
  • Manage and maintain relations with all commercial banks and financial institutions as well as insurance,
  • Drive the short, medium and long-term cash flow planning, implemented, supervised, and necessary actions are taken on time.
  • Proactively carry out activities that will prevent the company from falling into a cash deficit in its investments and expenditures,
  • Implement and manage all activities related to the financial transactions of the company also concerning foreign currencies,
  • Drive and monitor all financial transactions (daily & weekly) on time,
  • Direct, develop, and coordinate her/his team.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy, Finance, or relevant departments,
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience,
  • Holds CPA license,
  • Extensive experience in preparing budget and financial plans,
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications,
  • Excellent management and communication skills,
  • Dominate Tax legislation and accounting standards,
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritization,
  • Production /manufacturing sector experience,
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills,
  • Strong reporting, presentation, and time management skills.
